Our fully automatic box packaging production line is used in large-scale electrical equipment production bases, integrating robot gripping systems, intelligent size detectors, automatic shockproof foam molding machines and laser marking equipment to achieve unmanned operations from product offline to full box packaging. The production line automatically matches box specifications (such as distribution boxes, transformers) through AI algorithms, and simultaneously completes moisture-proof sealing, RFID tag implantation and three-dimensional warehouse docking, adapting to standardized mass production (such as circuit breakers, cable accessories), greatly reducing packaging damage rate and improving outbound efficiency, but it needs to be equipped with an intelligent logistics system to achieve seamless connection of production lines.
