Hualian Machinery Group was founded in 1989, now has two production bases covering an area of more than 100,000 square meters with one packaging machinery high and new technology R&D Center.

here are 7 categories with more than 200 kinds of products which have formed series and have been put into lot production, including sealer, vacuum packaging machine, carton sealer, strapping machine, shrinking packaging machine, automatic packaging machine and so on.
With annual production and sales volume of more than 100,000 sets of variety of packaging machinery, Hualian exportsto over 100 countries.

1989

Wenzhou band sealer factory was established, the first “Hualian” brand continuous band sealer was born.
In the same year, we participated in the Changsha National Food and Packaging Machinery Ordering Conference, and Hualian products become very popular.

1990

Completed the design andtesting of the FR-800 series continuous band sealer,and passed the national appraisal.

1991

Developed DZ-400 aluminum double chamber vacuum packaging machine.

1992

Owned the first autonomous plant to achieve an annual output of 1,000 sets band sealers.

1993

Participated in the Malaysia International Packaging Machinery Expo and tested the overseas market for the first time

1995

Developed FR-1120W horizontal continuous band sealer.

Attended the Cairo International Expo and explored the Middle East market.

1996

Unique Solid-Ink Coding mechanisms integration on the band sealers

Granted three national patents

1997

Migration to the high-tech industrial park in Wenzhou Lucheng District, and the standard workshop of 3,000 square meters was put into use to realize the independent processing and self-supply of spare parts.

2000

Established Zhejiang Hualian Machinery Co., Ltd

2003

Adopted sales strategy of “basing on the domestic and facing to the global”, reorganized the International Trade Department, strengthened overseas business, the export sales volume doubled in that year.

2004

Migration to the factory located in Ouhai Gaoxiang Industrial Zone Dawei Road, the scale of the company was further expanded

Started to assume the National Torch Plan

Recognized as the national high-tech enterprise

2005

Approval to establish the provincial high-tech research and development center .Products expanded from single band sealer to covering 16 series with more than 200 types packaging machines.Extended the business to the development, design and implementation of intelligent end of line packaging systems.
FBK-13DC Automatic Sealing and Stitching Packaging Machine won the “China Packaging Corporation Science and Technology Award”, and was honored as “high-tech product” by Zhejiang Science and Technology Department.

2006

“Hualian” brand products were identified as “Chinese packaging famous brand products”.

2007

Exclusive drafting of “Plastic Bag heat Sealing Machine” and “”Skin Packaging Machine” industry standard.

FBK series heavy-duty bag automatic packaging machine was awarded “Top Ten Innovative Products” in the Chinese Packaging and Food Machinery field.

“Hualian” brand band sealer won the “Top Ten Excellent Brand” in the Chinese Packaging and Food Machinery field.

2008

Established Hualian Machinery Group Co., Ltd.

Wujiang factory in Jiangsu, covering an area of 120 acres, was officially put into operation. The Group company produced and sold over 100,000 sets of packaging machinery annually.

Hualian trademark was awarded “ Zhejiang Provincial Well-known Trademark”.

Successfully developed XFB series heavy-duty bag automatic packaging production line.

2011

Won the Top Ten Chinese Packaging Machinery Brand

2012

Participated in the drafting of the national standard for semi-automatic strapping machines.

Won the “Top 100 Packaging Industry in China” and “Top 30 Chinese Packaging Machinery Industry” enterprises.

The products were awarded the title of “Zhejiang Export Famous Brand”.

Undertake the national “Twelfth Five-Year” science and technology support plan project.

2013

Won the Ouhai District Government Quality Award.

2014

Certified by the intellectual property management system.

2015

The factory which located in Hongxiang Road, Gaoxiang Industrial Zone, Ouhai, was put into use.

Solely drafted unit of the industrial standard for “External Vacuum Packaging Machine”.

Won the title of “Top Ten Influential Brand in the Food Industry”.

Won the title of “Zhejiang Famous Brand Product”.

2016

Mainly drafted unit of the national machinery industry standard of “Heavy-Duty Bag Automatic Sealing Machine” drafting company.

The “Complete Set of Intelligent Packaging Equipment for Technology and Industrialization Project “ developed by Hualian, won the second prize of science and technology award of Chinese packaging association in 2016.

Won the title of “integrationpilot enterprise ofindustrialization and informationize”.

2017

The factory which located in Dazheng Road, Gaoxiang Industrial Zone, Ouhai, was put into use.

Hualian Intelligent Packaging Equipment Research Institute won the “Zhejiang Provincial Enterprise Research Institute”.

Approved to set up a provincial enterprise technology center.

Became the supporting company of “Zhejiang Intelligent Packaging Equipment Industry Technology Alliance”.

2018

Main drafting unit of the Zhejiang manufacturer’s standard of “Plastic Bag Heat Sealing Machine”.
