The PLC programmable logic controller is used to integrate the full packaging process automation operation, covering 9 functional modules such as dust removal (optional), sewing, thread cutting, heat sealing, counting, etc. The Omron sensor monitors the paper tape residue in real time and alarms, and the inverter accurately adjusts the transmission speed to achieve sewing and conveying synchronization, significantly improving packaging efficiency and reducing labor costs. |  |

The imported sewing machine DS-7C double-thread chain stitching is used, combined with the electromagnetic clutch for precise start-stop control and precise positioning, and supports continuous rolling feeding of 25-50kg heavy bags. The stainless steel inner curved plate chain clamping mechanism ensures stable conveying of the bag mouth, the alloy cutter trims the bag smoothly, and the thread suction and recovery system is used to increase the stitching strength by 50%, and the stitches are even and beautiful. |

Hot melt adhesive tape + constant temperature heat seal + elastic pressing sealing solution, 75mm wide tape with 200mm three sets of heating blocks for rapid melting, elastic pressing mechanism adapts to different bag types to ensure that thick bags and liner bags are tightly sealed.
